HealthMe is an online cash-pay platform that allows ISMI patients to purchase specific services directly, providing a cost-effective alternative to traditional insurance. Through HealthMe, patients can browse and pay for services upfront, giving them the flexibility and control to budget for their care.

Available Services Through HealthMe at ISMI

HealthMe offers access to a range of orthopedic services, including evaluations and imaging, with straightforward, upfront pricing. After purchasing a service, patients receive a code that’s redeemed at their visit, streamlining the payment process. Additionally, while ISMI provides many services in-house, partnerships like our MRI services with ISMI enable expanded access to specialized care, all within the HealthMe system.

How HealthMe Works at ISMI

Using HealthMe at ISMI is simple and patient-friendly: 

  • Browse and Purchase Services: Patients start by selecting the services they need on the HealthMe page on the ISMI website. Should the service requirements change at the time of the visit, adjustments are easy to make. 
  • Receive Your HealthMe Code: After purchasing a service, patients are sent a code to redeem during their appointment. This code functions as proof of payment and ensures a smooth check-in process. 
  • Scheduling Assistance: A ISMI scheduling team member will contact you to arrange a convenient appointment. You can choose your preferred provider, appointment time.
  • Redeem Your Code and Receive Care: At the scheduled appointment, the ISMI team redeems the patient’s code, initiating the office visit as usual. 
  • Discussing Next Steps: If additional care or interventions are needed, our team will collaborate with patients to determine the best path forward, whether that involves a traditional insurance route or continued self-pay.
