Dr. Miller, a Boise native, was a three sport athlete (Volleyball, Basketball and Track & Field) at Boise High School. She returned to Idaho in 2004 to join ISMI and raise her family after completing her medical and surgical training in Washington, Oregon and California.

Her passion has always been providing comprehensive surgical and non-surgical care for athletes of all ages and competitive levels. She has actively participated in sidelines medicine, caring for teams during competition, throughout the Treasure Valley and around the country. Dr. Miller has been a team physician for Boise State University and Borah High School since 2004. She has a particular interest in developing safe Return To Sport (RTS) protocols and rehabilitation guidelines for athletes with ACL injuries to decrease re-injury rates. She has a new found interest in acupuncture at the level of the fascia to treat and prevent injury. Dr. Miller currently focuses her practice primarily on sports medicine arthroscopic procedures of the knee, shoulder, elbow and ankle.

Dr. Miller believes in service to the community and has served on multiple boards and committees: Idaho Youth Sports Commission (IYSC) board; Boise School District sports medicine curriculum committee; Make-A-Wish Idaho board; Special Olympics Idaho Medical Director; and the Bishop Kelly Foundation board.
