Lindsay graduated from Willamette University in Salem Oregon with a bachelor’s degree before moving to Chicago to attend Northwestern University Medical School. There, she received her master’s degree in physical therapy in 1993. She has spent 30+years working in orthopedics and sports medicine helping patients of all levels achieve their goals with regaining function and returning to sport. She has certifications in ASTYM and level 1 dry needling.
Lindsay has competed in triathlon, running, cyclocross and mountain biking events throughout the country and internationally. She enjoys spending her spare time playing with her dog in the mountains, hiking, mountain biking, and paddle boarding.
