Patella Chondromalacia

Patella chondromalacia is a condition in the knee where the knee cap develops some mild arthritis resulting in pain and sometimes grinding. It is usually aggravated with activities such as jumping, hiking and stairclimbing. It can usually be treated non operatively with a focused physical therapy program.
