Sara graduated from Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho in 2007 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Biology. While completing her undergrad degree, she competed in track and field and enjoyed participating in numerous outdoor activities.
Sara completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Idaho State University in 2013. She worked as a physical therapist in the Treasure Valley after graduation until she joined the ISMI team in 2017. She thoroughly enjoys the orthopedic rehab environment and assisting her patients in returning to activities they most enjoy. She became a certified ASTYM provider in 2018. Sara is also Level 1 Dry Needling certified and has been seeing great success using dry needling as an intervention for most musculoskeletal injuries.
In her spare time, she enjoys running, hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, paddle boarding, and snowshoeing with her friends and family.
