James R. Moore, MS

Jim graduated from the University of Colorado with a Master of Science degree in Exercise Physiology. He started working with Dr. Wade in 1979, and helped build Idaho Sports Medicine Institute into what it is today. Jim currently is the director of Athletic Testing and Performance. He provides VO2 max, isokinetic strength, anaerobic power and body composition testing for area athletes. He also designs and implements strength and conditioning programs for athletes of all skill levels. Jim has served as adjunct faculty with the Kinesiology department at BSU since 1985. He is extensively involved with both students and faculty as a research advisor. Most recently, he developed and taught a graduate level sports nutrition course for BSU. His other areas of interest include: hiking, mountain biking, and keeping fit.
