Office hours:

Idaho Sports Medicine Institute is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The Physical Therapy Department is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:00 a.m.; Tuesday and Thursday at 8 a.m. and remains open M-F until 6:00 p.m.

Emergencies /after hour:

If you have an injury after hours that does not require urgent care, please call our office in the morning and we can schedule you to be seen by a physician within 24 hours. If you need to speak to an orthopedic surgeon regarding a new injury or a post-surgical problem after hours please call 208-489-6616 to reach the physician on call. In the event of a true emergency, please proceed to the nearest hospital or call 911.  You may request care from the Orthopedic Surgeon on call for ISMI.
